Week one: Diabetes prevention
March is #NationalNutritionMonth. In the U.S., one in three adults have prediabetes, a condition in which blood glucose is higher than normal. And more than eight in ten adults with prediabetes don’t know that they have it. March is #NationalNutritionMonth. Diabetes distress is the emotional stress that comes with living with and managing diabetes. It impacts more than one in every five individuals diagnosed with diabetes.
